What to Bring

To activities in the water, like rafting, rappel and hiking to waterfalls, you shoul bring:

- Clothes to wet: shorts and shirt;
- Shoes to protect your feet in the water: papete or sneaker;
- Towel and dry clothes to change after the activities;
- Sunscreen

 

To activities on earth, like hiking, arvorism and paragliding, you should bring:

- Light clothe;
- Sneaker;
- Sunscreen;
